Hyattsville’s New 3350 at Alterra Apartments

photoapartHyattsville’s new upscale apartments, Thirty Three Fifty at Alterra, will soon be available to rent.

According to ForRent.com, the apartments will range from $1,375 for a studio to $2,300 for a three-bedroom.

Similar to Post Park apartments next door or the Palette Apartments in the Arts District, Alterra will be high-end with an in-ground pool, fitness center, high ceilings, stainless steel appliances and an underground parking garage. The building will also feature one retail spot.

On their website, the apartments are marketed as being close to the Mall at Prince Georges and Arts District Hyattsville as well as Howard University and the University of Maryland. The exterior of the building also resembles the new construction in the Arts District: artsy and lofty with a modern look.

They are even promising a community recycling program on their website as part of an effort to market the apartments as “green.”
