The developers of the Cafritz property in Riverdale Park put together a slick-looking video explaining the project.

The nearly five-minute video is a combination of footage of the surrounding area and similar complexes and 3-D modeling of what the development will look like that puts those old colored-pencil architectural sketches to shame.

Other than the Whole Foods, which remains the development’s landmark tenant, the stores in the video are all fictional examples, but they include upscale restaurants, cafes and coffeehouses, boutique shops, a fitness club and a hotel.
