The apartments at Arts District Hyattsville will be ready this fall.

According to Legum & Norman, the property management company for the Arts District homeowners association, the apartment building just north of Chipotle will be finished in October. The building north of Longfellow Street will follow in November or December.

The third apartment building, which sits along the railroad in the back of the Shoppes at Arts District, will be finished in April 2013, although its garage is already complete.

As previously noted, the apartments are being marketed online as Palette at Arts District and are aimed at the higher end of the market.
